Captain Marlin Scott is currently the morning personality for the Florida Keys based radio show "From The Water Show", the Saturday afternoon personality on nationally syndicated "The World Of Boating" and General Manager of Keys Radio Group in Marathon, Florida.
Keys Radio group consists of three radio stations that broadcast from Miami to Key West.
As a Master Captain and certified diver, Captain Scott enjoys living the part in The Florida Keys.
Originally from Colorado, Captain Scott changed lattitudes over 22 years ago to Florida. This natural progression led him to become a USCG 100 ton Master Captain and a charter business operator. Soon the media bug hit, and Captain Scott became a partner on "The Sports Animal" fishing radio show in Tampa.
Spending time between Tampa and Key West made great content for the show and lead to the "The Reel Animal Fishing Show" TV series that is now syndicated throughout the Southeast United States and Canada.
Appearances on Channel 8 in Tampa, Channel 6 in Miami, spokesman for numerous industry products plus three hours daily live on the radio has made Captain Scott at ease in the public eye and a natural to bring fishing, diving and boating in the Florida Keys to all of his media venues. |
